Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and organized individual to develop, execute, and manage successful digital marketing campaigns.
About the RoleThis position will oversee up to 40 clients across various digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will serve as the lead strategist for client marketing campaigns, collaborating with account managers to ensure seamless communication and progress updates.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops go-to-market campaign strategies by understanding client needs and combining market research data.
- Conducts keyword, audience, competitor, and market research to optimize regular marketing campaigns on channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Creates ad copy content for different marketing campaigns and provides creative direction to designers who aid in developing marketing assets.
- Manages paid media budgets while maintaining a proactive and strategic approach to suggesting budget adjustments based on performance needs and client goals.
- Identifies conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities and suggests website or landing page content improvements to drive campaign conversion rates.
- Communicates progress, challenges, and wins via regular updates, including monthly reports and client-facing calls when necessary.
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
