Job Description

We are seeking a Learning Content Designer to support our operational excellence initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning solutions that drive standards adoption and offer a great learning experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, with experience in creating engaging and effective learning content. You will work closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure seamless integration of your content into our learning management system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing learning solutions in multiple approaches to meet the needs of UTR stakeholders.
  • Utilizing Learning Management System (LMS) to implement learning modules and measure learning KPIs.
  • Applying instructional design principles, learning theories, and technology tools to create effective learning experiences.
