Job Summary

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to work as a Consultant for a large US-based Insurance client from our Brazilian Office.

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.
  • Build responsive user interfaces using MVC architecture and React components.
  • Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
  • Implement Entity Framework for data access and ORM.
  • Apply dependency injection principles and design patterns for scalable architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in insurance applications.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Contribute to system architecture decisions and technology roadmap planning.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment.
  • Proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC, React.js, JavaScript ES6+.
  • Advanced SQL Server skills.
  • Experience with Entity Framework.
  • Knowledge of dependency injection and IoC containers.
  • Experience with RESTful API development.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
