We are seeking a skilled Ads Marketplace Specialist to play a crucial role in shaping the future of our advertising strategy and making a significant impact on the marketplace ecosystem.

This position involves supporting initiatives to increase seller adoption of our advertising products and collaborating with global teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

You will contribute to enhancing the seller experience, increasing engagement, and driving growth in the Brazil marketplace by analyzing performance data, measuring and reporting on key performance indicators, and providing subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will interact with various teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new features and tools, utilizing data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

A day in the life of an Ads Marketplace Specialist includes delivering high-impact programs that drive adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

The team is dedicated to creating a competitive marketplace for sellers, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity and strategic thinking thrive.

As an Ads Marketplace Specialist, you will work alongside talented individuals who are passionate about driving growth and improving the seller experience.

Key qualifications include knowledge of SQL, proficiency in Portuguese, experience in program or project management, and proficient analytical skills to support data-driven decisions.
