Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, or product support personnel, resolving issues, maintenance problems, or bugs encountered by customers in a production environment.
  2. Conduct system maintenance and monitoring to ensure adherence to service level agreements and industry best practices.
  3. Maintain Linux software and proprietary applications, assisting with integration and testing to successfully test/correct software.
  4. Support critical incidents and escalations.
  5. Provide off-hours (on-call) support as needed.
You Will Thrive Here If You
  • Hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in troubleshooting, bug fixes, and Level 1 or Level 2 support.
  • Possess great knowledge in Linux and Bash Scripting.
  • Have experience working in the IT industry, Telecommunications products, and intermediation.
  • Excel in English skills in a business environment.
