Senior Staff Nurse - Emergency Care Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Possess a Diploma and/or recognised Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
- Relevant Specialty qualification or clinical experience is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive work attitude and strong commitment to service excellence.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate adaptability as needed.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
