• Source and attract top talent through various channels
• Manage and coordinate administrative tasks related to hiring processes
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding processes

• Living in Florianópolis - SC
• Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
• Strong communication skills

• Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
• Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
• Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
