The Producer Service/Hedging Analyst is a critical position responsible for supporting the seeds hedge strategy and executing hedging operations.
This role requires developing technical analyses to drive the achievement of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and provides opportunities to work closely with various stakeholders, including the seeds production team and regulatory institutions.
Key responsibilities include Market Operations, Production Collaboration, and Cross-Functional Liaison.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and proficient knowledge of PowerPoint.
Key Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in agribusiness;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
- Proficient in PowerPoint;
- Advanced English.
