Logistics Coordination Expert

As a Logistics Coordination Expert, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the local logistics activities related to component supply for our customers.

  • Component Removal Oversight: Monitor each component removal from aircraft and perform necessary actions before shipment.
    • Verify removal data consistency between the portal and customer management information systems.
    • Update aircraft configuration records in AMASIS.
    • Review potential supply chain issues and request shipment holds pending resolution with the customer, if necessary.
  • Warehouse Activity Support: Review FHS Warehouse activities and resolve any blockages related to AZUL, collaborating with the customer and FCO as needed.
  • Customer Logistics Intervention:
    • Review all component removals before parts reach the customer's outgoing goods area.
    • Intercept parts and gather their history from the customer.
    • Perform quality checks.
    • Oversee the segregation of Airbus FHS spares in the customer warehouse in coordination with their personnel.
    • Validate that physical parts match removal data and confirm documentation presence.
    • Ensure AMASIS accurately reflects part removal/installation data and resolve discrepancies.
    • Manage the return of parts to the appropriate FHS warehouse (DN-R).
    • Confirm part shipment with the customer upon completion of all preceding tasks.
  • Projects and Operations:
    • Provide daily updates to headquarters on backlogs and issues.
    • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and implement PPS (Practical Problem Solving) as required.
    • Assist in the implementation of process changes, new processes, or new IT tools.
    • Identify and implement local improvement projects in collaboration with local and regional teams.
