We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description
  • The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, receiving and inspecting materials, allocating them to the correct locations, and generating reports as required.
Responsibilities:
  • Allocate materials: receive, inspect, and allocate material according to each item's label. Generate a list of discrepancies - MMR (missing material report).
  • Picking (materials for collection):
    • Collect material from location using a card. After collection, deliver the material to the address indicated on the card.
    • Inspect the quantity and ensure the item was collected correctly using a checklist.
  • Inventories and reports:
    • Generate daily count lists, inventory, and post data.
    • Transfer inventory between organizations through reports. Separate and receive internal stock.
  • Kanban system replenishment:
    • Daily, staff must perform a route to replenish Kanban items in the factory. Inspect boxes and replenish empty ones.
  • Packaging and labeling:
    • Create packages in Oracle according to the packaging type and pack items following their specific requirements for safety and quality.
  • Control of expired items:
    • At the end of each month, the supplier of chemicals will segregate all material that will expire the next month. Then, scrap the material.
  • Cleaning and storage:
    • Allocate chemical materials: receive, inspect physically, expiration date, and label expiration/FIFO.
