Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the contract scope you oversee.
- Develop and meticulously plan the execution activities for the contracts under your management.
- Prepare and maintain the measurement documentation and Work Diary (RDO).
- Continuously assess contract performance, ensuring alignment with planned objectives.
- Identify and address any occurrences or trends that may lead to deviations, providing timely solutions.
- Document all actions and events related to the contract to meet audit requirements.
- Generate evidence of compliance with contractual obligations, including inspections, diaries, photographs, minutes, inventories, invoices, and certificates.
- Ensure that the Work Coordinator can be replaced seamlessly when necessary.
- Manage customer satisfaction levels in accordance with company standards.
- Foster a positive relationship with clients, inspectors, and team leaders.
- Oversee the efficient and economical use of materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Provide supervision, coordination, and technical guidance in mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Conduct technical site visits and interpret project specifications for budget preparation.
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies and regulations.
- Guarantee that only approved projects are executed.
