Senior Android Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned senior android developer to join our network and connect with clients for flexible project-based work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate directly into client teams and collaborate with designers and engineers daily.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience developing and shipping android apps to large user bases.
  • Proficiency in advanced English is required.
  • A degree from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in kotlin programming language.
  • Experience with RxJava, HTTP networking (e.g., retrofit, okHttp), and android database frameworks (e.g., room, sqlite).
  • Proficiency in unit testing for android applications (junit, mockito).
  • Understanding of android ui/ux best practices.
  • Able to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Able to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working on agile/scrum teams.
  • Meaningful experience working on large complex systems.
  • Able to take ownership over your work.
  • Able to identify with the goals of our clients and dedicate yourself to delivering on commitments.
  • Able to consistently work 40 hours per week.
