Job Description

We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our team. As a software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our back-end services and database architecture.

You will work closely with our front-end developers to design efficient API contracts and collaborate with other teams to ensure high performance and security of our back-end applications.

Your primary focus will be on developing scalable RESTful APIs and WebSockets using NestJS, as well as creating and optimizing database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL and NoSQL.

In addition, you will manage asynchronous messaging systems using Pub/Sub for event-driven architecture, implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.), and troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with NestJS and the Node.js ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
  • Experience with WebSockets and real-time communication.
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization standards (JWT, OAuth).
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Experience with Git and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Ability to write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability.
  • Fluency in English.
