About the Team

SAP Manufacturing is a powerful business solution that enables global manufacturers to manage and control manufacturing operations efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions effectively by providing state-of-the-art support services.
  2. Analyze and resolve reported incidents using knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries.
  3. Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
  4. Creation and maintenance of knowledge documentation.
  5. Participation in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance.
  6. Report errors to Development.
  7. Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries.
  8. Queue screening and queue management.
About You

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Undergraduate students in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related areas.
  • Knowledge in Manufacturing is a plus.
  • Good customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
  • Problem solving/analytical skills.
  • Flexible approach working in teams as well as environment.
  • Advanced English, Spanish is an advantage.
