Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a Safe and Secure Building Environment

Assist the facility team in maintaining a safe and secure building environment, including conducting regular inspections to identify and report areas/items/equipment/materials in need of repair, replacement, or upgrade.

Mailroom and Logistics Support

Manage the mailroom and coordinate local and international couriers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of mail and packages.

Conference Room Management

Book and manage conference rooms to ensure availability and proper setup, ensuring seamless execution of meetings and events.

Vendor Management

Assist vendors in completing necessary assessments or providing required information, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.

Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including archiving reports and documentation as necessary, and supporting office organization and day-to-day requirements.

Maintenance and Cleaning Support

Support the facilities team with ongoing maintenance and cleaning efforts, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Reporting and Communication

Report maintenance issues promptly and accurately, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
