Teaching at a primary school is a highly rewarding profession, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs;
  • Leading classes and promoting learning experiences that foster academic growth and creativity;
  • Analyzing student progress and developing strategies for improvement;
  • Promoting differentiation for students with learning difficulties and providing support to Teaching Assistants in adapting activities;
  • Ensuring student safety and well-being by creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment;
  • Reporting observed behaviors and performance to the coordinator and receiving and handing over students at school entrance/exit;
  • Maintaining accurate student records and managing conflict situations through evidence-based practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of teaching experience;
  • Primary school teaching experience (ages 6-11);
  • Classroom management skills and English proficiency;
  • Bilingualism desired and knowledge of IB Methodology, Child Development, Digital Thinking, Caring Profile, Interpersonal Relationships, Conflict Management, and Creativity.
