We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce technical leader to join our team at OSF Digital. This individual will be responsible for collaborating closely with tech leads and supporting the relationship with the Salesforce Architect to enhance current solutions.
In this role, you will serve as a tech leader for complex projects, such as upcoming NEO remediation efforts. This position requires expertise in coordinating multiple complex solutions and addressing architectural challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading technical teams and driving complex project initiatives forward.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Develop and implement effective technical strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including salesforce architects and other technical leaders.
- Analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
