Your Role
  1. You will be part of a global customer support team inside the SaaS operations unit.
  2. You will ensure excellent customer experience by providing high-quality customer-oriented solutions.
  3. You will investigate customer requests, assess urgency and impact, and resolve incidents and problems following internal guidelines and SLA timings.
  4. You will work on different complexities, such as infrastructure and application user access, monitoring tools, database issues, integration issues, disk space and resource issues, infrastructure issues, application configuration, application performance, business issues, and MSSQL queries.

Your Skills and Experience
  1. You have a university degree in a relevant field (preferably IT-related).
  2. You are proficient in English, written and verbal, and may have additional foreign languages.
  3. You have knowledge of MSSQL programming and databases, XSL, and scripting (PowerShell and Batch).
  4. You have previous experience working with clients and are intrigued by detective work in troubleshooting.
  5. You possess strong problem-solving judgement.
