Wine Country Connect is seeking a seasoned Country Manager to lead our Brazilian business unit and drive growth in the chemical industrial sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for managing the local team, attaining profitable growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the local team to achieve financial targets and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic actions to enter and expand into relevant markets
- Implement Group Governance and standardize processes
- Report performance and coordinate annual budget activities
- Represent the Company in internal and external relations
- Lead and empower a high-performing team
Requirements:
- Strong background in business development
- Analytical ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Team building and conflict resolution management
- MBA in Business Management
- Experience in leadership roles and multinational groups
- Advanced skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
