We are seeking a tax leader to oversee our Brazilian operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 25 professionals, focusing on high-performance and technical growth;
- Manage tax compliance for multiple legal entities and subsidiaries, including direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, ICMS-ST);
- Maintain knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation and implement tax reform initiatives;
- Provide advisory support for business strategies and identify tax optimization opportunities;
- Coordinate tax audits and interactions with government authorities;
- Develop and implement tax policies and strategies aligned with global goals;
- Work on international taxation and transfer pricing issues, adhering to OECD guidelines;
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field; solid experience in tax management is essential;
- Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Portuguese and English;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Proficiency in SAP, tax software, and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Flexible work arrangement;
