About the Role

Betsson AB is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and fosters a strong online community.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Telegram.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Research and recommend new social media tools and platforms to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and engagement strategies.
  • Develop and implement best practices for social media content creation, curation, and distribution.
  • Work closely with local content agencies to develop high-quality content that meets our brand's standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Audiovisual Production is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management and/or social media marketing.
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, and other relevant social networks.
  • Strong understanding of online reach and ability to formulate effective social engagement strategies.
  • Ability to create posting, interaction, and engagement calendars to increase our reach and number of followers.
  • Previous experience with sports marketing is a plus.
