Senior React Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned React Senior Lead to spearhead our development initiatives. As a key figure in our technical leadership, you will oversee and guide a team of developers, drive innovation, and set high standards for software delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of project technical aspects, guiding team members in problem-solving, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Designing robust and scalable application architectures using React and related technologies, aligning them with business and technical requirements.
  • Maintenance of high code quality standards, review and approval of pull requests, ensuring adherence to best coding practices.
  • Guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend teams to integrate frontend and backend functionalities seamlessly.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the React ecosystem and incorporating new tools to enhance project outcomes.
  • Monitoring and optimization of web applications' performance, ensuring efficiency, responsiveness, and scalability.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience with React.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
  • Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Strong experience in application security best practices.
  • Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
  • Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
  • Skills in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
  • Advanced knowledge of trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
  • Advanced level of English.
