This is a specialist role requiring an expert legal professional to provide strategic advice and support for our industrial line of business, encompassing key initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Critical Support:
    • Offer counsel on all aspects of corporate transactions, including strategic partnerships and government collaborations.
    • Create, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
    • Identify and manage risks associated with transactions and operations.
  • Strategic Guidance:
    • Oversee an active portfolio of legal matters related to our industrial products and services.
    • Advise on compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies.
    • Evaluate risks and opportunities, establishing strategies to mitigate risks.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors.
    • Communicate risk tolerance to external advisors.
