About the Role

The FP&A Manager Latam will be a key asset in the future growth of Informa PLC, a leading international business-to-business events and publishing company. This role will lead the analysis of financial results, budgeting, financial forecasting, and 3-year planning, providing critical insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Planning
    • Support and advise on transactions impacting profit and cost centers, including budget guidance, forecast process, and capex support.
    • Consolidate financial reporting and review monthly allocations.
    • Recommend accounting treatment and provide financial expertise on profit and loss statements.
  • Business Planning and Reporting
    • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.
    • Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and lead business planning processes.
    • Ensure effective understanding, analysis, and reporting of key metrics, such as price, productivity, and inflation.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work with Finance Managers and business leaders to understand opportunities, drive objectives, and address risks.
    • Meet with leadership teams to present results and variances.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of relevant analytical experience, prior FP&A experience in multinational companies.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues.
    • Proactive, detailed self-starter with strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent English level and advanced Spanish.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills, and Power BI.
    • Knowledge of Oracle, TM1, and SAP FC systems.
