The Role of a Reinsurance Analyst is multifaceted and engaging. This expert will play a pivotal part in managing the intricate relationships between insurers and reinsurers, ensuring the financial stability of these entities.

• Manage data accuracy and compliance by recording and controlling special acceptances and facultative placements in internal systems.
• Support technical teams by providing information on reinsurance limitations to aid in risk decision-making according to established guidelines.
• Produce detailed statistical reports on reinsurance operations, focusing on performance indicators, risk analysis, and premium distribution, to inform strategic decisions.
• Reconcile reinsurance and retrocession accounts to ensure correct and up-to-date financial records.
• Perform calculations and system inputs for reinsurance operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal procedures.
• Create statements, contracts, and addenda related to reinsurance operations, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Office Suite is required.
• Bachelor's degree in administration, economics, accounting, statistics, or actuarial sciences is necessary.
• Experience with account reconciliations, report preparation, review, and calculation checking is essential.

• Experience in the insurance industry is highly valued.
