Job Role: Export Commercial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage orders and ensure timely compliance with commercial and logistics requirements.
  • Maintain continuous follow-up with the factory and involved areas in the supply chain, guaranteeing delivery within established deadlines.
  • Prepare and send weekly reports to clients with updated status on outstanding orders.
  • Support customer service team by providing assistance for international client needs.
  • Produce management reports with performance indicators and attendance data, presenting them to the team.
  • Maintain active interface with the commercial area, ensuring prompt payment processing for pending payments.
  • Update control sheets and indicators according to the SMG (Sistema Moura de Gestão).
  • Monitor inventory availability for revenue purposes, aligning with international logistics.
