Transformative Solutions Specialist

At the forefront of innovation, we seek talented individuals to drive business outcomes through cutting-edge solutions. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering high-quality solutions and strategic partnerships based on our products, specifically for Asset Performance Management or Advanced Process Control.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop industry- and application-specific solutions for customers, leading value discovery sessions, assessing customer needs, and developing tailored recommendations.
  • Determine and understand prospective customers' critical business issues to present our software capabilities as the best possible solution.
  • Build customer-specific solutions on our platform using all available tool options.
  • Develop robust proposals, scope of work documents, and value propositions for consulting engagements, while identifying critical dependencies & gaps.
  • Consult with customers, advise on relevant solutions and services, and establish a credible value proposition.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities; identify key customer technical challenges and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Proactively support pipeline development (e.g., marketing, account planning, awareness sessions) and sales execution (e.g., strategy for accounts and opportunities, including commercial model conversion, deal models, and Business Requirement Plans) in assigned accounts.
Requirements
  1. 3 - 10 years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, professional services consulting, particularly in bulk chemicals, general chemicals, or specialty chemicals, in Asset Performance Management or Advanced Process Control.
  2. Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing economics, with an ability to interact with potential customers and discuss their plants, work processes, and manufacturing economics.
  3. Drive to solve customer problems and rapidly convert pipeline opportunities into closed deals.
  4. Balance of business and technology acumen, including the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and the differentiated value those solutions can provide.
  5. Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to create clear observations, analyses, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data.
  6. Willingness to travel up to 40%. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
