Job Description:
As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing activities within an assigned area. Your primary focus will be on creating a safe working environment, maintaining high product quality, and optimizing productivity levels.

**Responsibilities:**
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment.
- Verify that all production activities meet quality standards.
- Analyze current performance data at a granular level to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to reduce costs by improving efficiency and reducing waste.
- Monitor man-hour status against standard process times to optimize resource allocation.
- Define skill profiles and determine training requirements for assigned personnel.
- Oversee team performance and provide coaching as needed.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations for direct reports and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Facilitate the induction of new team members and ensure their successful integration into the team.
- Collaborate with other department managers to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proven track record of success in various leadership roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of organizational practices and production technology.
- Strong knowledge of Blade Production, Lean, TPM, Kanban, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with Health, Environment, and Safety protocols and awareness of ISO 14001 (HSE) and OSHAS 18001 systems.
- Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English language skills.
