Logistics Operations Manager

You will play a critical role in managing logistics operations for large items, working with third-party partners to ensure performance, compliance, and standardization of processes.

This is a highly collaborative environment with a dynamic and fast-paced mindset. Activities will be carried out remotely, while audits and in-person visits to logistics partners' operations are also part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stations operated by logistics partners, ensuring efficiency, compliance, safety, and customer experience.
  • Act operationally in managing daily routines, executing processes, volume monitoring, and deviation resolution.
  • Monitor and optimize operating costs, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses and increase productivity without compromising quality.
  • Manage operational capacity, anticipating demand peaks and ensuring adequate resources, infrastructure, and teams for current and future volumes.
  • Develop, implement, and lead tactical and expansion projects, such as network adjustments and optimization of logistics flows.
  • Define and monitor strategic metrics and KPIs with logistics partners, implementing action plans to achieve or exceed goals.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, using insights for critical decisions.
  • Main liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives, deadlines, and compliance.
