Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead our cloud platform operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud services, IT infrastructure, and system applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining cloud resources to ensure optimal performance and availability. This includes daily project support for cloud infrastructure services, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tracking.

In addition, they will assist in the daily operation and maintenance of office servers and network devices, including firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and Windows servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain cloud platform site resources to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Provide daily project support for cloud platform infrastructure services, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and tracking.
  • Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of office servers and network devices, including firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and Windows servers.
  • Collaborate with the infra team to continuously optimize and implement cloud infrastructure.
  • Write, manage, and maintain related technical documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese.
  • At least 3 years of experience in AWS cloud operation and maintenance, with mastery of AWS services such as VPC, EC2, RDS, IAM, Cloudwatch, Lambda, etc.
  • Familiarity with various system applications, including Active Directory, file servers, DNS, storage, etc.
  • Familiarity with operation of various network devices, including Cisco, H3C, Aruba, Fortigate, Palo Alto, etc.
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms, such as OCI, GCP, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly.
  • AWS certificate (e.g., SAA, SAP) is preferred.
  • Cisco certificate is also preferred.
