Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Maersk. As a member of our frontline team, you will be supported by leading-edge technology and innovative solutions that will help you meet the diverse needs of our clients.

You will be part of an internal support team which treats Maersk and other operationally groups as their customers. Our team has a range of initiatives including supporting flawless new customer onboarding and new system implementations, driving process standardisation, proliferating best practices across the organisation, supporting in digital transformation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure our systems and infrastructure operate efficiently and securely.
  • Support and lead the implementation of new clients and systems.
  • Give support and perform system configurations, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) Level 1 and 2 configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement to increase efficiency, security, and compliance.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have around 2-4 years of experience and proficiency in programming, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You must also be able to quickly acquire new skills and adapt to new systems or software, and possess effective written and verbal communication skills.

In addition, you should be able to convey complex information clearly and concisely, approach situations with empathy, tact, and discretion, and demonstrate emotional intelligence and diplomacy in interactions with others.
