**About the Role**

We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our software development projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide delivery expertise to support pre-project sales activities
  • Plan project lifecycle phases and activities
  • Work with customers and project teams to define high-level requirements
  • Manage customer expectations while safeguarding the delivery team
  • Consult and coach customers on Agile and implementation best practices
  • Keep the team on track with the Agile process and adapt it as necessary
  • Lead the team towards continuous improvement
  • Motivate the team and foster an environment where excellence can be achieved
  • Manage project risks and dependencies
  • Manage project resourcing and financials
  • Track and report project status to customers and internal management teams
  • Coordinate meetings with customers and partner teams as necessary
  • Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between all internal and external teams

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Computer Science or related fields
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Customer interaction skills, ability to prioritize software requirements
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, resourceful, agile, and pragmatic
  • Ability to proactively resolve problems focusing on teamwork, results, and people
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • PMI certification is desired but not required
  • Experience as a Project Manager on customer-facing projects
  • Experience managing commercial projects in a services environment
  • Experience and good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience of full life cycle projects from initial scoping through to delivery
  • Experience of user stories, story point estimation, and measuring velocity
  • Experience leading a team
