About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers across various industries, introducing how Microsoft workloads can facilitate digital transformation aligned with their needs. Your primary responsibility will be to turn opportunities into deals by initiating conversations with customers, collaborating with partners and services, and creating guiding examples through seminars, workshops, webinars, and direct engagement.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in industry-specific conversations to introduce Microsoft workloads for digital transformation, turning opportunities into deals.
- Collaborate with team members to discover new opportunities, drive incremental revenue growth through personal campaigns or internal sources, and track and qualify new opportunities with account teams, partners, or services.
- Create guiding examples of digital transformation through seminars, workshops, webinars, and direct engagement, collaborating with partners and services.
- Identify opportunities to drive consumption and grow business with existing customers by initiating conversations, providing demos or quotes, and collaborating with partners or internal teams.
- Implement strategies to accelerate deal closure, contribute input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities, and coach less experienced team members in deal plan execution.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in sales and customer engagement. You should have a solid understanding of digital transformation, cloud computing, and data analytics. Additionally, you'll need to be able to navigate complex technical environments, build relationships with stakeholders, and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
