About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Analytics Consultant to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our Advisors & Consulting Services group, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients, leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
  • Collaborate with Mastercard teams to understand clients' needs, agenda, and risks, and develop working relationships with client analysts/managers.
  • Contribute to the development of powerful strategic insights and recommendations, and lead internal and client meetings to deliver results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and contribute to the firm's intellectual capital.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics.
  • Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Proficiency in data analytics software, including Python, R, SQL, and SAS, as well as advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations, and communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional data and analytics experience in building, managing, and maintaining database structures, working with data visualization tools, or working with Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySpark.
  • Relevant industry expertise and experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment.

As a Performance Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for information security and must abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed, report any suspected information security violation or breach, and complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
