We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clinical trials, working closely with our clients to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about clinical research and wants to make a meaningful contribution to the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical trials from start to finish, including site activation, feasibility assessment, and document management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site activation activities, including setting up trial sites and ensuring all necessary documents are in place
  • Assess the feasibility of potential trial sites, taking into account factors such as regulatory compliance, patient availability, and logistical considerations
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trial progress, including tracking participant data and communicating with trial sites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, investigators, and study coordinators, to ensure seamless trial execution
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies, including ICH Good Clinical Practices and local laws
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research coordination, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with clinical trial databases and electronic systems (e.g., CTMS, eTMF)
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $65,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
