We're seeking a Senior Motion Designer to drive excellence through motion and create iconic work that defines customer expectations across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate brand visual equity into motion across all interactions.
  • Build motion principles that support, build, and extend our Experience Principles.
  • Deliver compelling stories through film, moving assets, and other forms of motion.
  • Push the boundaries to constantly challenge the level of output at Interbrand.
  • Understand UX and how motion relates to real experience and interaction.
  • Understanding of how motion relates to haptics, voice, and sonic.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of branding-related design experience with a core focus on motion.
  • Ability to embed conceptual thinking, motion principles, and guidance into daily work.
  • Experience and interest in managing/leading cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and core CC Software.
  • Experience with Cinema 4D/Red Shift/Octane is a bonus.
  • Exceptional creative talent (in the areas of brand identity across all mediums).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with motion and/or digital is a plus.
  • Advanced English level (speaking, writing, and translating).
