We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to drive business transformation through digital enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fluent English to facilitate meetings with stakeholders from the USA
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
  • Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
