About the Position:

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP/GlobalView Lead Consultant to collaborate with their project team during the implementation phase of their GlobalView projects.

The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between our client and ADP counterparts, working on implementation project-related tasks from requirement gathering to post-go-live service support.

  • Collaborate with clients on requirements gathering activities and actively contribute to blueprinting workshops.
  • Work with the client team to capture all necessary business requirements and program specifications requested by the ADP team.
  • Work with the ADP team to resolve issues and gaps between client requirements and ADP GlobalView templates.
  • Solve complex problems; bring a new perspective on existing client solutions and processes; exercise judgment based on multiple sources of information and make recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support data gathering activities. Liaise with different client stakeholders to provide requested data in the format expected by ADP.
  • Handle and collaborate with the ADP team throughout the data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phase and provide any assistance required, including reconciliation.
  • Possess strong SAP payroll configuration skills.
  • Support clients through the User Acceptance Test, Parallel Test, and Go-Live phases.
  • Write testing scenarios and validate testing results.
  • Ensure accurate delivery of all project deliverables as per the project schedule.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • U.S. SAP Payroll experience required.
  • Must have configuration knowledge/consulting skills for SAP/GlobalView payroll and solid functional/blueprinting knowledge.
  • Must have 6+ years of proven SAP payroll consulting experience.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills are crucial to achieve group goals and accomplish business results.
  • Ability to work in complex matrix organizations and deliver on multi-national projects is desired.
  • Analytical thinking problem-solving skills are required to work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships, and implications.
