About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support for database design, implementation, and maintenance on MS SQL Server databases for our Software-as-a-Service customers. This includes automating the extraction/receipt of key data from accounting systems and importing it via a series of flat files in a pre-defined format into our product.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create long-term relationships with our customers by delivering exceptional support and meeting their evolving needs.
  2. Be responsive, professional, and proactive in all interactions, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous learning about Sugar and Sales-I products.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve installation, implementation, and production issues, maintaining customer database extractions to ensure the Service utilizes up-to-date customer data.
  4. Continuously learn about core technologies and troubleshooting methodologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the Support department.
  5. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the customer's voice is heard throughout the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years' experience with MSSQL SQL Server, with concentrations in writing T-SQL and troubleshooting data imports.
  • Proficient written and spoken English skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Good ETL knowledge of different SQL-based accounting systems, such as Sage, Dynamics, Epicor.
  • Good MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good planning, scheduling, and organization skills.
  • Capacity to communicate technical solutions to non-technical people.
  • An ability to learn new software systems.
