Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Engineering department's project activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing specific projects, varying from smaller portfolios to large-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Project Management expertise, including troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Startup management and mechanical/electrical systems design.
  • Evaluating equipment and processes to reduce costs and improve production rates.
  • Designing and testing technical scope, vendors, and production sites.
  • Ensuring designs comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Ensuring processes comply with cleaning and sanitization standards.
  • Qualifying and validating equipment for intended use, collaborating with Quality and Technical Groups to develop and execute protocols.
  • Leading teams in the installation and startup of projects, delivering automation solutions to optimize processes and drive simplification through digital tools.
