Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients and job seekers.

This is a full-time, remote-work position that requires excellent English communication and organizational skills. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless platform management and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client & Applicant Communication: Provide prompt support for inquiries, respond to questions, and offer guidance to ensure a positive experience for our users.
  • Platform Management & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot feature issues, monitor bug/support requests, and refresh/reorder featured job listings on our site and LinkedIn.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Track and share client/applicant feedback with internal teams to enhance platform features.
Qualifications:
  • Native English speaking skills and excellent grammar and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn platform features.
  • Strong customer service focus, ability to troubleshoot issues and come up with solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in ticket management & documenting feedback.
