Job Title: Data Insights Expert

About the Role:

As a member of our Community Operations Strategy & Planning team, you will play a crucial role in building our customer support infrastructure across LATAM and globally. Your primary objective will be to develop data-driven insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.

You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting your findings to senior management. Your expertise in data analytics will help us transform Uber into a more customer-centric organization.

You will also work on our performance management process, designing and implementing data intelligence structures that enable us to track financial and operational metrics. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Presenting complex data insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R programming languages.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and technologies.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
