Job Summary

Analyze data to deliver relevant insights into the organization's risk landscape and support risk-based decision-making.


Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed risk reports tailored to operational and executive-level stakeholders. Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Tool Management: Use reporting tools to support risk management projects. Maintain data quality and integrity within risk management systems.
  • Collaboration: Work with teams to align analytics with risk priorities. Provide data-driven insights to support central risk governance reporting and business decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes and suggest automation or optimization opportunities.

Requirements
  • +3 years experience in statistical analysis, trend analysis, and data visualization.
  • Experience in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems.
  • Familiarity of risk reporting standards, metrics, and main performance/risk indicators.
  • Experience extracting data from systems, cleaning, and managing large datasets.
  • Understanding of risk frameworks and knowledge of core operational risk processes.
  • Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
