Join a dynamic team as a Customer Engagement Manager to drive sales, promotion and development in designated accounts. About the Role

  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives.

Key responsibilities include driving sales, promotion and development in designated accounts, preparing strategies and individual tactical plans, organizing customer events and providing accurate and timely data for the CRM system. Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling, and lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans.
