Software Development Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to lead our development team. As a key member of our organization, you will guide the team on best practices and tasks requiring exceptional technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with clients as business partners to understand their needs and deliver high-level solutions.
- Develop software according to specifications using Java, Spring, JPA, EJB, Webservices SOAP, REST, JSP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Test code for functionality and write support documentation.
- Document tasks and written code, and assign other tasks as needed.
- More than 3 years of experience in Java, Spring, JPA, EJB, Webservices SOAP, and REST, JSP.
- Knowledge in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge in best practices of software coding.
- Knowledge in software architecture.
- Strong Oracle Weblogic server with knowledge of portlets, focusing on the back-end stack and understanding usage in front-end architecture.
- Fluency in English is required.
Must be able to think critically and make informed decisions. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
