We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack PHP/React Developer to collaborate with top global companies and innovative startups on project-based development work.

About the Engagement
  • You will integrate directly into our clients' teams, working alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
Required Expertise
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
  • A four-year college degree or equivalent is necessary.
  • Strong skills in backend development with core PHP and frameworks like Laravel.
  • Hands-on experience developing dynamic user interfaces with React, including hooks, state management, and reusable components.
  • Solid foundation in modern JavaScript and TypeScript features.
  • Extensive experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs for frontend and backend systems.
  • Strong background in relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, including query optimization.
  • Practical experience using Git and version control workflows in collaborative projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Python for backend development or automation tasks (nice to have).
  • Ability to tackle new and complex issues and contribute to open-source libraries as needed.
  • Capability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Fine attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  • Ability to take ownership over your work, meeting the expectations agreed upon by yourself and your team.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of our clients, dedicating yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make.
  • Commitment to consistently working 40 hours per week.
