As an eLearning Content Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing curricula for various audiences.
You will create training documentation, such as instructor presentations, conceptual frameworks, audio scripts, instructor guides, quick reference materials, and hands-on exercises.
Additionally, you will record system demonstrations and provide voice-over narration for eLearning courses.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop course specifications and gather content is also required.
Project risks and milestones must be managed to meet tight deadlines.
Expertise in curriculums and learning objectives will be applied throughout the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2-3 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development, or equivalent training delivery experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written Spanish language skills (C1/C2 level or native).
- Excellent English-language skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office experience and ability to work with any CRM/ERP tools.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts, partnering across an international organization (Sales, Engineering, etc.) to support training needs.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Instructional Design is required, along with four years of adult education experience and seven years of technical or professional experience using Oracle products or related software. Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge and experience are also necessary.
