Store Sales Associate Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Merchandise Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
  • Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
  • Acknowledge and process customer purchases/returns accurately
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs
  • Maintain merchandise displays and process new shipments
  • Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Provide recognition and constructive feedback
  • Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to shrink reduction initiatives
  • Maintain a safe work environment through safety awareness
