About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Analyst to join our team at Meisters Solutions. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in managing our social media presence and developing effective marketing strategies to engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand's messaging and objectives, including creating engaging written posts, visual assets, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions with our followers and enhancing our brand reputation.
  • Engagement Strategy: Proactively engage with our followers, industry influencers, and relevant accounts to build relationships, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement metrics.
  • Design and Creativity: Utilize graphic design tools and creative thinking to design eye-catching posts, stories, and advertisements that align with our brand's guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Platform Management: Manage and optimize our social media profiles and pages for our clients, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and visibility across all platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key social media metrics, track performance trends, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our social media campaigns and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve our social media strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency and proficiency in written Spanish.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and social media management tools.
