We are seeking a Regional IT Manager to oversee the Americas region's IT infrastructure and services, ensuring seamless integration and support in line with Business and Corporate IT strategy, standards, and architecture.

This includes 13 locations with approximately 1900 users. The role involves managing regional IT services, including local Service Desk, onsite support, and desktop services to maintain high service standards.

Our ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience in managing IT teams, preferably in a regional or multi-site role. They should also possess technical expertise in IT operations and infrastructure in a complex environment, with at least 7 years' experience.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and budget control. They should also have excellent communication skills for interacting with department managers, site leadership, and corporate IT personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure IT strategies and initiatives align with corporate objectives and regional business needs.
  • Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate IT projects across the region, adhering to timelines, budgets, and corporate standards.
  • IT Support and Service Desk: Drive the full adoption of the IT Service Desk across all sites and continuously improve SOPs and services.
  • Audit Support: Support internal audit activities during preparation and execution.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure regional compliance with Corporate IT Security Policies and Standards.
  • Cost Management: Oversee IT-related costs at a regional level and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • PCN and R&D Lab Support: Ensure IT support for PNC areas in plants and R&D lab environments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in managing IT teams, preferably in a regional or multi-site role.
  • Technical Expertise: At least 7 years' experience in an information technology role, with a focus on IT operations and infrastructure in a complex environment.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, resource allocation, and budget control.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for interacting with department managers, site leadership, and corporate IT personnel.
